Small and medium-sized companies financing difficulties the universality,worldwide problem is particularly prominent,has restricted the development of the social and economic benefits,so in the face of China's small and medium-sized companies on the issue of financing difficulties need to be settled as soon as possible.In this paper,from small companies to analyze the role and status in China's economic development,through the financing preferences and capital structure theory and other related theory and applicable to financing of small and medium-sized companies in China's specific situation,discover financing difficulties of small and medium-sized companies in China and the status quo,explore now,the difficulty of financing of small and medium-sized companies in China.According to the analysis in this paper,the key point to deal with the financing problems of small and medium-sized companies is that the financial department,the company and the government should work together to build a complete financing system and social credit system for small and medium-sized companies,and try to promote the financing of small and medium-sized companies to be market-oriented,standardized,rationalized and diversified.At the same time for small and medium-sized companies to improve financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises,improve the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises and create an equal financing environment,three aspects,put forward to alleviate the financing of China's small and medium-sized companies expensive,difficult financing solutions.Purpose is to build a suitable for now the new normal economic conditions is convenient and effective financing system of small and medium-sized companies to provide a reasonable financial to promote the efficiency of capital operation,to improve the levels of small and medium-sized companies production and operation,promote the goal of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" further implementation,promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's private economy.
