An excellent corporation culture is an intangible resources, it has the functions of guiding, cohesion, encouraging, restraining and coordinating which can push the development of the company forward. Knowledge is the basic element in the development of the economic, the production, allocation and using of it can produce a great impact on the economic. To the developed country, knowledge economic is a natural result of the productive forces development, but to the developing country, it is the chance and challenge.
