This is a century which focuses on the developing of knowledge and economic. The advantages of the company in competition, efficiency and development are hold by those who have the cultural advantages. An excellent corporation culture is an intangible resources, it has the functions of guiding, cohesion, encouraging, restraining and coordinating which can push the development of the company forward. Knowledge is the basic element in the development of the economic, the production, allocation and using of it can produce a great impact on the economic. To the developed country, knowledge economic is a natural result of the productive forces development, but to the developing country, it is the chance and challenge. It can bring important significance to the management to study how to bring forth new ideas in corporation culture.This dissertation sets forth the definition, recognition and methods how to bring forth new ideas in culture, and has done a case analysis on a famous corporation culture, and then the author has given a series of methods to change and promote the corporation culture.In a word, regarded as the management theory and method, the corporation culture has caused lots of attention by scholars and entrepreneurs. People gradually recognize that corporation culture has played a vital role in the development of the company. And at the same time, we have noticed the problems in culture. We must put forth new ideas in the corporate culture in order to bring it into function.
