The stable and sustained growth of the economy that needs most of the small and medium-sized enterprises to support in a region, they become to the active colony of the social and economic activity day by day, especially in the aspect that steadying the economy, providing the job, prospering the market, earning foreign exchange through export and providing society service and so on, their effect is needful. The small and medium-sized enterprise need numerous of the funds in the developmental process, if it wanted to growth and to expand, it needs numerous of stable funds. In case the chain of the funds were rupture, it's possible that most of small and medium-sized enterprises become to go bankrupt. It is very important to the small and medium-sized enterprise if it can get the funds smoothly and its channels of the financing become unclogged. The problem of the funds becomes the developmental bottleneck, because of a series of the problems, for example that scope is smaller and its infrastructure is not as clear as a bell, the information of the financial affairs is not standard, it is to make the problem on the dissymmetry of the information in communication with the bank and the society. It increases the cost of the direct financing and indirect financing. It is difficult to get outer funds. This text analyzes the financing predicament of the small and medium-sized enterprise from a couple of aspects of the information dissymmetry and the financing suppression and from the angle of the bank, the government and so on. Hereby propose some effective means to resolve their financing problem. In order to promote their development and expansion, resolve the problem of the funds smoothly in the developmental procedures, to achieve the structure of the collaborative development of large groups and the small and medium-sized enterprises. I hope to make some positive quest in these problems, in order to provide some new train of thought about resolving the financing problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
