In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,companies need a suitable strategy to maintain their core competitiveness.Financial strategy is an important part of the company's strategy,affecting the implementation of the overall strategy of the company.At this stage,the competition among enterprises has expanded from a single enterprise to the entire value chain where the enterprise is located.Therefore,value chain analysis has become an important means for enterprises to explore competitive advantages and improve competitiveness.The financial strategy from the perspective of value chain is to analyze the various financial activities of the enterprise from the perspective of the value chain,and to find out the value-added links in the value chain to help the company stand out in the market competition.It has a guiding meaning.After years of development,the development of China's home appliance industry has been relatively mature.Today,with the integration of the global economy,the domestic and foreign markets of the home appliance industry have become more extensive.Therefore,the object of this case study selected a representative home appliance company,H company,for analysis.Based on the review and combing of the value chain theory and financial strategy theory,the theoretical research and case analysis were combined.Study the implementation of H company's financial strategy from the perspective of value chain.In the case analysis part,this paper first reviews and analyzes the corporate profile and strategic environment of H Company,and then analyzes the different financial strategies implemented by H companies from different aspects of internal value chain,vertical value chain and horizontal value chain.Then,from the four dimensions(internal process perspective,customer perspective,financial perspective,learning and growth perspective),evaluate the implementation effect of H company's financial strategy based on value chain.Through analysis,it is found that H company's financial strategy based on value chain has achieved good results in inventory management,technology research and development and sales channels,but there are still some problems in the development of diversified business and management of receivables.At the same time,in the financial analysis part,the average level of the same industry was selected as the reference object,and the financial indicators of the same industry were analyzed.By comparing the relevant financial indicators of H company with the industry average,it reflects the H company in the home appliance industry and other enterprises.gap.Finally,in response to some problems that H Company has in implementing financial strategies in all aspects of the value chain,corresponding optimization and adjustment suggestions are proposed.The research of this paper has certain practical significance for H company to improve the financial strategy based on value chain,and also has certain reference value for other enterprises in the home appliance industry.
