In recent years,with the increasingly sophisticated industrial division of labor and the rapid improvement of scientific and technological strength,Chinese supply chain has entered the development stage of integration with the new industries of Internet,big data and cloud computing,and become a new industry and organization model.However,the changing nature of the climate and the business environment,in sometimes,given rise to disturbance and even disruption in normal operation of the supply chain,causing the supply chain to fail to function properly.Supply chain resilience is an attribute in the supply chain itself and allows the supply chain to remain normal and quickly revert to the original level of performance when part of the functionality fails.It is urgent to address that problem of how to scientifically establish the model of measure and measure index system of the resilience level of the supply chain and provide decision reference for the resilience management of the supply chain.Therefore,based on the theories of supply chain risk management,resilience and dynamic capability,this paper studies the measurement model of resilience and measurement index system of supply chain based on two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model.The subject matter and innovation points are as follows:The firstly,on the basis of the research on resilience content of supply chain,we put forward the meaning of the supply chain resilience and extension concept;The secondly,according to the guidance of relevant theories,following the principles of science,feasibility,systematization and comparability,according to tree form construct the index of system structure of "dimensional Indexes-basic Indexesspecific Indexes",this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and theoretical analysis,etc.The designed system of supply chain resilience measure index consists of 104 indexes.By means of consultation expert,membership,correlation analysis and reliability and validity analysis,and by means of SPSS data analysis software,an empirical selection of the indicator system was carried out,and finally a supply chain resilience measurement index system containing 93 specific indicators was obtained.On this basis,the weight of index system of the measurement is determined by using method of the Interval scale group order relationship.The thirdly,this paper contrast between the structural equation model,the system simulation model,and two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model,it shows the adaptability of two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model measure model in the resilience of the supply chain,and builds a model of the supply chain that is based on the two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model,which shows the measuring process.The fourthly,wine company supply chain one of case study is carried out to verify the validity of the model and index system of the measurement based on the two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model and the feasibility and rationality of the measurement results.The innovation point of this essay is about how to measure the levels of supply chain resilience.As far as the research results are concerned,most of them are related to the basic theories of supply chain elasticity.However,on the basis of the measure of resilience,very few surveys of specific enterprises from the way of index system and fuzzy measure is conducted,and the research method of the use system simulation carries out quantization investigation.The system simulation can only understand supply chain resilience from the perspective of part of the supply chain function,does not have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the role of supply chain resilience in the supply chain operation,and is often considered to an analogue study of the improvement of the supply chain operations in order to investigate operational effects.Therefore,the results of this research can provide a certain degree of decision models and methods for the level of resilience of the supply chain,and to build the framework of resilience management of the supply chain,to ensure that the supply chain is functional,to improve the health of the supply chain,and to create sustainable competitiveness that provides theoretical support and practical reference.
