In recent years,driven by three factors: institutional deepening,economic transition,and technological change,enterprise human resources have entered a new era.With the new generation of young employees after the 80 s and 90 s as the main force,they have gradually entered the middle management of CG companies.Become the backbone of the company.Their growth has benefited from the guidance and attention of their superiors,and the following force construction has played a key role.At the same time,the following force theory has become a research hotspot in human resources management in the new era.The thesis makes an in-depth study of middle-level management team building based on the actual situation of CG company from the perspective of following power.This paper analyzes the following forces and the theoretical structure dimensions of the middle management team through literature.Taking the middle management of CG company as the research object,based on the review of the related theories of chasing power and team building,according to the actual situation of CG company,The research is carried out from three aspects: 1.Analyze the management structure,the following force and the status of the middle management team of CG company;This paper discusses the relationship between CG company's following power and the structure dimension of middle management team,and promotes middle management team building by improving the following power;3 According to the actual situation of CG company,it guarantees the improvement of the following force and the construction of the middle management team.The research results show that the following forces and the middle management team structure have the same connotation factors: goal sharing,risk bearing ability,adaptability,loyalty and dedication,independent thinking,initiative,creativity,goal achievement ability,active participation ability,willpower,and ability to handle things.We need to build trust,establish effective communication,build mutual trust,influence leadership and authority,and use common factors to build bridges between the following forces and the middle management team,and establish links between the two.Promote middle-level management team building by promoting such factors as "following traits,organizational atmosphere,and leadership style".Finally,the thesis puts forward the concrete safeguard measures from the following aspects: the company's senior leadership system strategy and leadership construction,human resource development and training,the design of scientific performance management and incentive mechanism,and the establishment of an evaluation system based on the ability to follow the system to ensure the promotion of middle management.Implementation of team building.This article believes that by improving the ability to follow and promote the middle management team building,the middle management team members can communicate more effectively,the team goals are more clear,the implementation is more powerful,and the team combat effectiveness is more powerful.
