YOUMI TECH is a data-based service company focusing on mobile marketing in China.Its main business includes mobile application promotion and optimization,advertising agency,and traffic realization.Founded in 2010,after nearly a decade of development,the company has a certain scale and high popularity in the mobile marketing industry,covering many countries and regions.Under the background of the country's encouragement of “Internet +” and the development of relevant overseas business of “ Belt and Road” countries,YOUMI TECH faces better development opportunities,at the same time,due to fierce competition in the industry,the company also faces major challenges.As an innovative Internet company that has developed rapidly in the past decade,YOUMI TECH is currently facing problems such as low growth ability and profitability,low R&D rate,and frustration in international operations.How to reverse the development disadvantages at the current stage in the new round of market development opportunities,solve the problems currently faced by enterprises,and formulate appropriate competitive strategies to obtain better business performance is an urgent problem for the company.This is the paper's The main research content.This paper mainly uses real-life case analysis methods to collect data and related information through literature and research reports.The paper's writing idea is: based on the classic strategic management theory,first analyze the strategic environment of YOUMI TECH,and use the Andy Grove six-force model for industry analysis;Secondly,using the theory of resources and capabilities to deeply analyze the internal factors of the rice technology;then use SWOT analysis to discuss the strategic choice of YOUMI TECH,and finally the strategic choice and implementation of the company.Since international marketing is the focus of future development of YOUMI TECH,the paper focuses on the analysis of the international business strategy of the company.The conclusion of this paper is: There should be a reversal strategy adjustment for YOUMI TECH,and an international strategy should be adopted for international operations,that is,to provide standardized services to the world,and to learn advanced management experience and expand the market scale by forming strategic alliances.The mobile marketing industry is an emerging industry.There are many different characteristics from traditional industries.The academic community has less research on such industries.The resource capability analysis and strategic research of this emerging industry is an important innovation of this paper.Secondly,how to promote the internationalization of marketing service enterprises is also an important supplement to the research of “going out strategy” of Chinese enterprises.The research of this paper has practical experience and reference for the strategic adjustment and international operation of mobile marketing service enterprises.
