With the increasing of Chinese reform and opening up,relying on the Internet for cross-border retail transactions has become one of the trends of China's foreign trade.The export of cross-border e-commerce has played an important role in China's foreign trade.Overseas warehouse is an unique operation mode for cross-border e-commerce.Since export enterprises and small or medium-sized sellers that rely on e-commerce platforms for sales generally lack funds and capabilities to establish multinational corporation,overseas warehouses provide overseas partnership services,local consumer services and warehousing services.Overseas warehouse is an extension of cross-border export enterprises abroad.Cross-border export enterprises outsource their overseas operations to overseas warehouses,which are their representatives abroad.The cross-border e-commerce platform is the node for the consumer information.the overseas warehouse participates in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain coordination and is the node for the supply chain information.The information sharing between overseas warehouses and cross-border e-commerce platforms is conducive to enhancing consumers' driving effects on the supply chain,improving consumer experience and expanding market demand.This paper constructing supply chain models simulate the cross-border e-commerce supply chain under monopoly scenarios and competition scenarios,research indicates:(1)Whether in a monopolistic or competitive market,centralized decision is better than decentralized decision,models of cross-border e-commerce supply chain are valid.(2)The value of information lies in delivery and sharing,reducing the information sharing cost factor in the supply chain can promote the growth of overall supply chain profit.(3)In the competitive marketing,when the supply chain are caught in a price war,it will have a big negative effect on cross-border export enterprises and platform vendors,therefore,we need to pay attention to product differentiation.The innovation of this paper is to reveal the special significance of overseas warehouses in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain,applying the Stackelberg game to the cross-border e-commerce supply chain,and introduce the impact of information sharing on supply chain revenue and cost in the model.This fits the current practice of cross-border e-commerce,and can provide theoretical and reference value for related companies.
