Driven by favorable policies,economic globalization,Internet technology and other environments,cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly.However,traditional cross-border logistics has many shortcomings,such as high logistics cost,long delivery time and low customer satisfaction,which cannot meet the development needs of cross-border e-commerce.As a result,overseas warehouses are emerging.In the process of overseas warehouse development,overseas warehouse location is the key.Under the background of cross-border e-commerce,how to provide qualitative and quantitative location Suggestions for different overseas warehouse models is the topic of this article.First of all,this article reviews the relevant literatures on cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics,overseas warehouses and overseas warehouse locations,and summarizes the research results of predecessors.While studying the evolutionary game in depth,the particle swarm algorithm is studied from three aspects: algorithm idea,algorithm principle and algorithm flow.Secondly,this article analyzes the construction mode of overseas warehouse under the background of cross-border e-commerce,and concludes that overseas warehouse can be divided into three modes according to the main body of construction: self-built overseas warehouse mode,third-party overseas warehouse mode and fourth party overseas warehouse mode.Among them,the self-built overseas warehouse model has high requirements for the construction threshold and is suitable for large cross-border e-commerce enterprises.The third-party overseas warehouse model is built by a professional third party,which is economical and flexible and therefore suitable for mass cross-border e-commerce enterprises.The 4rd-party overseas warehouse mode builds a one-stop cross-border logistics service platform with overseas warehouse as the core for all kinds of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,which is the development direction of overseas warehouse in the future.However,because the current construction conditions are not mature and the integration of resources is too strong,this mode is still in the stage of research,exploration and trial.This article combs the factors affecting the location of overseas warehouses under different modes from the macro,meso and micro levels.Then,by constructing the evolutionary game model for the enterprise,the overseas warehouse entity and the customer,through the stability analysis of the evolutionary game,based on the replication dynamic equation,the research on the strategy of different entities' different overseas warehouse mode selection is studied.Finally,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used in this article to build two siting models of self-built overseas warehouse and third-party overseas warehouse respectively,and two enterprises are selected to adopt different overseas warehouse models and site construction of overseas warehouse in Europe for empirical analysis.Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the self-built overseas warehouse model only considers the transportation cost,warehouse construction cost and warehouse cost directly related to the overseas warehouse when selecting the location of the overseas warehouse.However,when selecting the location of overseas warehouses,third-party overseas warehouses need to take into account the transportation cost of cross-border e-commerce enterprises(sellers)to domestic warehouses,as well as the construction cost and warehousing cost of domestic warehouses.
