The Analysis Of The Cost Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors Of The Logistics Industry In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

Logistics industry has been regarded as the driving force of economic growth and the main source of profit after decades of continuous development since its inception in China.It is the key factor to promote national economic growth and change the mode of economic growth.It marks the degree of modernization and the overall strength of a country.Shaanxi is not only the starting point of the ancient Silk Road,but also the starting point of the Silk Road Economic Belt in the new era.It is an important hub of the"one belt and one road".Therefore,combining the policy background of "one belt and one road",studying the cost efficiency of the logistics industry in Shaanxi province has become a key point in the logistics field.Firstly,based on the analysis of the logistics industry in Shaanxi Province,including the logistics industry's related policies,infrastructure construction,total cost of social logistics and energy input,the paper takes the background of "one belt and one road"initiative into account,and constructs the evaluation index system of the logistics industry cost efficiency in Shaanxi.With the CCR and BCC model of DEA,it analyzes the change of the cost efficiency of the logistics industry from 2005 to 2017.The super efficiency DEA model is used to further analyze the DEA effective element.Secondly,the paper selects appropriate impact indicators,uses SFA model to analyze the factors affecting the cost efficiency of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward relevant reasonable suggestions.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the average cost efficiency of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province is 0.9658,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.9905 and the average scale efficiency is 0.975 from 2005 to 2017.Generally speaking,the logistics industry in Shaanxi Province has higher cost efficiency and better development;the average cost efficiency of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province from 2005 to 2012 is 0.9574,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.9938,and the average regulation is 0.9938.The average efficiency of the model is 0.9633 from 2013 to 2017,the average cost efficiency is 0.9794,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.9854,and the average scale eff-iciency is 0.9938.This shows that the initiation and implementation of the,one belt and one road" initiative has effectively promoted the development of Shaanxi's logistics industry.The GDP,industrial structure and opening degree of Shaanxi Province can promote the cost efficiency of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province.In the short term,the number of schools and the level of urbanization have a certain degree of inhibition on the cost efficiency of logistics industry.This paper innovatively uses three models of DEA and SFA model to study the cost efficiency and its influencing factors of Shaanxi's logistics industry,and considers the possible impact of the"one belt and one way" policy background on Shaanxi's logistics industry.It hopes to provide relevant theoretical and practical support for the improvement and transformation and upgrading of the cost efficiency of Shaanxi's logistics industry.
