Study On Food Security Supervision System Of County Governmen

Food security can damage or threat the health of human and even cause the death of consumer or endanger the consumer.Food security not only relates the development of the national economy and the social stability,but influences the government's prestige.Recently,our country is developing rapidly,which propels the society forward,and people's living standards have been improved as well.In the meanwhile,the problems that exist in Food security are increasing.There is still a long way to go to strengthen food security supervision,spare no effort to avoid the related risk and reduce its negative effects.With the continuous development of our country's economy,on one hand,more food needs are met,on the other hand,an increasing number of its security problems come up,which attracts people's wide concern.Compared with the past,the food hygiene in our country has improved greatly.However,many food security problems that arise in many parts over the country in recent years have a negative effect on the society.This paper mainly combines the experience and lessons of the food security supervision system,connects public management concepts and relevant food security managers to analyze and explore food security supervision system reform of local governments in China.Besides,based on the present actual situation of local governments,this paper offers countermeasures to reform the related government's food security supervision system.Take Ninghai as an example,this paper analyses the food security supervision system of local government,make a study of the relevant system,the regulators and the prevention of food security incidents.A variety of troublesome problems arising in our local government's supervision system are deeply analyzed and re-commented.That is,to perfect relevant laws and regulations and to form a system of the prevention of food security incidents,etc.the author believes that as long as the government departments attach great importance,people from all walks of life fully participate,food supervision will be effectively improved.
