The Research On The Problem Of Tai'an Food Security Administration System

Food is the basic material of human beings while food safety is linked the first. Therefore, food becomes the important thing for humans' living and development. However, food security incidents often happen in recent years and even become one of the social focus issues. "Sanlu powered milk" incident happened in September 2008 shocked the world and the whole nation paid close attention to it. During the 10th five-year-development plan, the annual food industry output increase 19.4% which is becoming the fastest and energetic industry. Food industry plays more and more important part in the employment and the increase of farmers' income. However the malignant food security incidents happened around the world and our country are more bothersome and concerned. Thus, we should make a further and comprehensive food security and administrative system. Therefore, with reference to research results of domestic and foreign countries in the field of food security, considering actual practice in test cities of our country, this thesis gives us the current demand and need status of Tai'an food safety and the food security system. Pointing out the major problems of our current system, the author also analyzes the causes from market adjusting, department inspection and producing process controlling system. On this base, this thesis probes the suggestions and policies into the Tai'an food security system in inspection organization, controlling organ and credit system in order to provide some potential thoughts to government especially the local government over the food security administrative execution.
