With the continuous development of information technology,the requirements for enterprises are getting higher and higher.Enterprises that do not engage in research and development don't strengthen product and technological innovation,can't adapt to the requirements of rapid development,and the management process of efficient R&D projects is a very important impact.This paper introduces the IPD model(Integrated Product Development),to illustrate that the management process of excellent product development projects plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise.Based on the research of the current excellent product development project management mode(IPD,SGS,PVM),this paper combines the current situation of TP company to sort out the irrational problems of the company in terms of product strategic decision,R&D resource allocation and project structure.Through the introduction of the two project development processes before and after the introduction of the IPD model by TP,the data analysis,comparative research,system analysis,and technical analysis methods are used for comparison,and the IPD model is clarified on the TP's products from the optimization process and the improvement results.R&D project management has a significant improvement.On the one hand,through the IPD model and using Kano analysis method,the steps of TP's product strategic decision-making are improved,avoiding the phenomenon of making a statement and making a head in decision-making,making decision-making more targeted,overall and forward-looking,indicating the development of the enterprise.The direction has laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project.IPD gives technical guidance in terms of product development project management organization structure and R&D resource optimization.The transition from functional organization to matrix organization to the implementation of loyalty card form and KPI performance management has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of employees.The team's collaborative strength has been exerted,and significant progress has been made in the accumulation of technical achievements,team cohesion,project promotion,and corporate culture.This study systematically demonstrates the advantages of the IPD model process system in terms of theory and operational feasibility,so that the execution environment,node division and logical relationship of each process are clearly presented.The management process,reducing non-value-added process activities,optimizing on the original process,enhances the scalability of the research results.
