Research Of PPP On A Resettlement House Project In X City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

After the 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress,leaders of the Party hosted a series of discussions regarding issues relating to rural areas,as they directly concern our country's stability and people's wellbeing.The prioritization of the rural revitalization is paramount.To build rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments(renovation of chanty towns and resettlement housing etc.),effective governance,and prosperity,the government needs to put in place mechanisms and policies for promoting rural development,and speed up the modernization of rural areas.Given local government's financial not well,securing funding for these projects is a key concern.Thanks to the nature of Public Private Partnership(PPP),the model has an apparent advantage in terms of securing the necessary financing.How PPP can combine regional specific developmental strategy with resettlement housing projects is the central issue that the author is addressing.After thorough cases studies of rural revitalization cases both domestically and overseas,the author conducted extensive due diligence of City X,including feasibility study and subsequent planning of local resettlement housing projects through PPP model.Taking into consideration of the local ongoing PPP projects,and fundamental strategies trickled down by the government,the author hopes city X can be a flagship project of all future resettlement housing projects across China.
