Research On The Project Management Mode Of Peasants Resettlement Housing Construction

Nowadays, shelter is playing an important role in peoples’life,especially for peasants.As a result of the economy development,the standard of peasants’ resettlement housing construction is improved. Peasants pay more attention to rational layout designing,fashion decorating,gardening and sighting,together with the supportingand services and so on. Therefore, the problem of a management mode to meet the requirements is becoming increasingly urgent.Firstly,the requirements of peasants’resettlement housing construction are analyzed, focusing on the demand for the development of city and will of the people. By author’s opinion, in the cities such as Hangzhou and its suburbs, the economy and social condition is ready for peasants’resettlement housing construction mode. Secondly,peasants’resettlement housing construction mode and their characters are analyzed.The author summarized the advantage of self-built mode,unified planning and building mode,unified planning and self-built mode.On the other side, the proper scope in the peasants’resettlement housing construction mode is also proposed, which contradicts with the traditional mode.According to the resettlement housing construction requirements of Zhejiang province,the government of Hangzhou adapted pre-building-up model (PDUM) of peasants’resettlement housing construction, which has been valued merits and demerits.Thirdly,a conclusion can be drawn though the government owing more responsible,taking more time and larger challenge,the PBUM is useful to reference on the urban sustainable development.Meanwhile,the existing problems of operation management in this mode the author are analyzed. From the point of view of author, the PDUM have a good prospect in practical operation.As an example,the construction management centery of Wuchang district in Hangzhou is analyzed such as backgrounds, operation features, practical effects of the administration institution and so on. The proposals of solving developing key problem are put forward,including schedule management of house removal,schedule management of construction, quality management of project,project risk management, property management.By these proposals, the author hopes to improve the present status,and provide reference for later work.
