Research On Performance Evaluation Of Listed Home Appliances Enterprises Based On Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Appliances industry is one of the supporting industries of our national economy,which plays an immeasurable role in the development of our national economy.With the rapid development of the national economy and the reform and opening,China's appliances industry has developed from scratch,from the extreme lack of experience and technology to the gradual maturation and expansion of management methods and production equipment,playing a complementary role in China's national economic development.However,after nearly 30 years of rapid growth,due to the slowdown of macroeconomic growth and the impact of national strategic control,the management level of appliances industry is low,the performance evaluation is backward,the efficiency difference of internal products is reduced,the degree of brand convergence is high,the profit space is constantly shrinking,and the intensification of intra-industry competition makes the increase of company's profits more need to seize market share.Therefore,in today's low level of performance management in appliances industry,a reasonable and effective performance evaluation system is very important.It can not only improve the efficiency and efficiency of business management,but also improve the management mode of enterprises.From the availability of data,61 home appliances companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges as of 2017 were selected.Sixteen home appliances companies listed in the last year or two and three ST companies whose financial data are not comparable were excluded.The remaining 42 listed home appliances companies were taken as research samples.The combined weighting method of G1 method and entropy weight method is used to screen the primary performance evaluation indicators of home appliances industry,and the data of 42 listed home appliances enterprises from 2013 to 2017 are used for empirical research.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the comprehensive score and draw conclusions.This paper comprehensively analyses the current situation of performance management of listed home appliances companies,so as to construct a reasonable performance evaluation system of listed home appliances companies,which can help managers make effective decisions and put forward constructive suggestions.
