Research On Performance Evaluation Of Third-Party Listed Logistics Enterprises

With the acceleration of the country's economic transformation and upgrading strategy,the logistics industry,as an important component of China's service industry,plays an important role in the development of the national economy.The development of the “Belt and Road” strategy has not only catalyzed the rise of cross-border e-commerce,but has also brought a spring breeze to the logistics industry.However,the development of most logistics companies in China is still not mature enough.The development characterization of the circulation infrastructure and logistics industry is still in the middle of industrialization.China's logistics industry faces many serious problems.For example,the total cost of logistics accounts for a relatively high proportion of GDP,the overall competitiveness is not high,logistics projects are single in logistics system operation process,logistics and warehousing costs are high,infrastructure construction is obviously inadequate,and the transportation market is highly fragmented and inefficient.,Professional information,service level is low,unable to meet market demand,etc.Therefore,strengthening the performance management of the logistics industry and improving the overall competitiveness of the logistics industry play an important role in the development of the logistics industry in China.First of all,this article gives an overview and summaries of relevant research of domestic and foreign research experts,and understands the construction of related performance indicators system and the studies of related models and methods.Secondly,the development characteristics and current situation of the logistics industry in the current context are described,and some research methods and models are introduced.Thirdly,the paper establish a performance evaluation indicator system,introduce sample selection and data sources,and introduce the standardization methods of data.Fourthly,a static performance comprehensive evaluation model based on E-TOPSIS method and a dynamic performance evaluation model based on dynamic incentives were constructed,and empirical analysis was conducted on the2012-2016 data of the selected 26 sample companies.Fifthly,the static evaluation results in 2016 and the dynamic evaluation results in 2012-2016 were compared and analyzed.The reasons for the discrepancy between the static and dynamic results were analyzed,and the detailed comparative analysis of the four companies with the largest changes in ranking was selected,with a view to other companies have a certain degree of reference.Finally,the paper summed up the whole thesis.
