Over the years,the financial market has been gradually opening up,and financial reform has deepened.Our banking industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges despite its expanding trend.With these pressures,the organizational model and business model of commercial banks are undergoing a wide range of innovations,and the flow of personnel is becoming more frequent.More and more commercial banks are gradually facing the problem of brain drain.How to improve and deal with how to set up a series of omnibearing management systems facing personnel turnover and retain key talents is of vital importance.This paper describes and researches all kinds of data of X state-owned bank A branch business office in recent years,and discusses the main causes of brain drain from the perspective of employees themselves,industry environment and bank management,and points out the countermeasures to deal with brain drain.It mainly covers the compensation policy of the brain drain,management system,staff career management and the construction of the bank talent system.The article is mainly from the following four angles:the first part is the preface.In the preface,the research background and significance,the present research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and the content of the research are analyzed.The second part is the analysis of brain drain in A branch business hall,focusing on the operation environment of X state-owned bank A branch business department,and the situation of lost staff in education,age,departure post and whereabouts.The third part and the fourth part are the brain drain cause analysis and countermeasures suggestions,through the basic theoretical model of personnel flow,describes the fundamental flow from the talent itself causes,bank management perspective and industry environment,and through the salary system reform,personnel management system,improve the talent loss mechanism,bank performance management to improve the occupation career management of employees,to the main strategy of talents turnover suggestions.This paper is beneficial to explore how to keep the talented X state-owned bank A branch,promote X state-owned bank A branch to improve its personnel management system,to solve the increasingly serious problem of brain drain,to promote the development of the whole banking industry has a certain reference value and significance.
