The construction of excellent talent team is the key factor to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises, and how to prevent the loss of staff is the most important thing to maintain the stability of the staff.Some enterprises are able to use scientific management methods and appropriate management methods to effectively control the outflow of personnel,while some other enterprises have not taken the appropriate measures to restrict the enterprise sustained, rapid and healthy development. In this paper,based on the knowledge point of the human resources management modules,such as the recruitment and allocation,training management,performance management,compensation and benefit management,the reasons for the outflow of enterprise personnel were analyzed in depth; taking Henan YX Groups Co.,Ltd as the research object,it is to analyzes the social factors,organizational factors and personal factors that affect the brain drain. Meanwhile,this paper also points out some typical errors in the management of the family business,such as: managers' paying little attention to personal quality improvement,making commitments easily,lacking of integrity and management art, taking simple and crude management methods and so on.The randomness of these management will be more or less impact on employees,especially the sense of respect and accomplishment of outstanding employees,and ultimately lead to the loss of talent.This paper draws on the experience of other outstanding enterprises in human resources management,putting forward to reserving the talent for Henan YX Groups,such as:establishing the scientific personnel selection and recruitment system,improving the personnel training and selection system, improving the enterprise salary and welfare structure, establishing a fair performance management system,improving employee participation in enterprise management, creating the corporate culture with YX features and so on.Besides keeping people in the enterprise should pay attention to good working environment(including physical and human environment),pay attention to employee mental demands and psychological feelings,strengthening the company's vision and the development blueprint,so that employees can have the sense of purpose,mission and responsibility. In short,in order to adaptto the change of social development and increasingly fierce market competition,the enterprise managers must have scientific management methods and focus on individual psychological feelings and combined with the enterprise own development phase and development goals take reasonable,logical,appropriate strategies for the management of employee,only in this way can we play the value of human resources as far as possible and remain invincible in the competition.
