Research On The Influence Of Public Welfare Investment On The Efficiency Of Trade Circulation In China

Commercial circulation industry is a basic industry that connects the various components of the entire economic system and occupies an irreplaceable supporting position in the economy.With the development over the years,the basic,leading and strategic status of the commercial circulation industry has been widely recognized and established.There are still many problems in the actual development however,such as high operating costs and low development efficiency.Under such a background,the public welfare property of the commercial circulation industry has become a new proposition that is increasingly concerned,and strengthening public welfare investment is considered to be a new idea to solve the high cost and low efficiency of the circulation industry.This paper is mainly based on the perspective of public welfare investment in the commercial circulation industry,and explores the improvement of the efficiency of China's trade and circulation industry.On the basis of analyzing the current public welfare investment and efficiency status of the commercial circulation industry,it explains the necessity of public welfare investment for the efficiency development of the commercial circulation industry,and the public welfare investment mainly reduces the circulation cost and produces the positive external effect of the whole industry.And to form a complementary advantage with the market operation mechanism to enhance the efficiency of the trade circulation industry.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper uses the stochastic frontier model to study the impact of public welfare input on the efficiency of trade circulation industry.The research results show that the public welfare input of the commercial circulation industry has a positive impact on industry efficiency.For regions with good economic development level,only maintaining a high level of public welfare investment in commercial circulation industry can improve the efficiency.However,for regions with relatively backward economic development,the public welfare investment in commercial circulation is restricted to improve efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the appropriate level of public welfare investment in different regions.At the end of the paper,combined with theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward for improving the efficiency of China's commercial circulation industry.
