The Effect Of Circulation Efficiency On The Fluctuation Of Commodity Prices Under The Background Of Internationalization

Soybean is the earliest crop that China opened to the world.Its dependence on foreign trade is as high as 80%.Because of its high dependence,its domestic price is easily influenced by international prices.At the same time,the circulation system of agricultural products has been established in China,however,its efficiency is not high because of the limit of scale,price,difference,technology and cost in circulation.In view of this,this paper has a certain practical value to study the price fluctuation of bulk agricultural products from the perspective of circulation efficiency.Soybean is taken as the research object in this study.The problem to be discussed is how the circulation efficiency of soybean affects the price fluctuation.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction that includes the background,significance,difficulty,innovation and research methods of this paper.The second part is the review of the literature from the price fluctuation and circulation efficiency,it also analyses the mechanism that how the efficiency of circulation effect the price fluctuation.Then this paper will introduce three theories: exchange theory,transaction cost theory and the theory of market integration analysis.The third and fourth part is the introduction of supply,trade,and circulation situation of the world and China soybean.The fifth part is the empirical analysis,this part will come up with a conclusion that the circulation freight and the circulation scale have an important effect on soybean price fluctuation.Finally,reducing taxes and free,promoting the construction of soybean circulation infrastructure,building the information platform of circulation market,encouraging domestic soybean production,reducing the import of soybean and giving power to de Soybean Association are proposed as the countermeasures to protect domestic soybean industry and to stable the soybean price.
