Since the beginning of the new century,human resource management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.The outsourcing mode of human resource management,which originated in developed countries,is gradually favored by enterprises because of its advantages of low cost,high efficiency and high flexibility In the global scope of application,in practice to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,improve enterprise management efficiency,reduce enterprise operating costs and other comprehensive utility.However,the mode of human resource management outsourcing is not widely used in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The reason is that,first of all,the management concept of small and medium-sized enterprises is not advanced enough The level of understanding and acceptance of human resource management outsourcing is not high among enterprise managers and grass-roots staff;secondly,the external environment for human resource management outsourcing is not yet available This is reflected in the lack of relevant legislation,the vague functions of trade associations,the lack of professional level of outsourcing enterprises,which makes small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the outsourcing model of human resources management may encounter greater risks.This paper selects Sichuan A company as a case study,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the author’s research results and work experience,objective analysis of The development of a company’s human resources management outsourcing status,analysis of potential risks,and finally develop a practical risk prevention mechanism.The framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter summarizes the background and research significance of the topic,introduces the progress of research at home and abroad,and expresses the research ideas and methods;The second chapter is a theoretical basis research,a detailed discussion of the concept and connotation of human resource management outsourcing,the introduction of risk management theory,transaction cost theory,and so on,but also analysis of enterprises to cite the human resources management outsourcing model of the motivation;The third chapter introduces the development status of human resource management outsourcing in A company,and summarizes the various risks caused by the implementation of the outsourcing model of human resource management.The Fourth Chapter analyzes the causes of the risk of human resource management outsourcing from three aspects:External Environment,enterprise management and personnel adjustment.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the cause of formation in the preceding chapter,formulates the risk prevention countermeasures with Operability.
