Research On The Financial Risks Of SMEs' Foreign Direct Investment

With the acceleration of the process of world integration and the rapid development of the global economy,the ofdi activities of enterprises are becoming more and more active.The intensification of China's domestic competition and the resource and technology bottlenecks encountered by domestic enterprises urge China to take the "going out"strategy as an important development strategy and accelerate the pace of entering the international market.By the end of the third quarter of 2017,the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has exceeded 42 million,contributing to most of China's GDP,tax revenue and urban employment.It has become a crucial part of China's economy and the main force of China's OFDI.At present,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have made great progress in foreign trade,but there are still many problems in foreign investment.Foreign investment is still in the primary stage,our eountry small and medium-sized enterprises in the eurrent economic environment,the foreign investment failure rate is still high,in the process of going out faces many risks,especially financial risk,and understanding of financial risk and prevent improper makes a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises "going out"suffered a major setback,how to effectively guard against financial risk became interested in "going out" or are "going out" focus on the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,this article analyzed our country small and medium-sized enterprises in the current economic environment of foreign direct investment of the performance and the causes of financial risk,and put forward the coping strategies for these risks,We hope to contribute to the success of "going out" strategy for China's small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:the first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,research ideas,research methods and main innovation points of this paper;The second part is small and medium-sized enterprise of foreign direct investment in the relevant concepts,theoretical foundation and literature review,mainly includes the definition of "small and medium-sized enterprises","foreign direct investment" and "financial risk",the meaning of the foreign direct investment theory and risk management theory,the scholars at home and abroad about the document of foreign direct investment and review;The third part is theoretical analysis,mainly tells the story of our country small and medium-sized enterprise of foreign direct investment in the status quo and the causes of financial risk and financial risk management and prevention,this part first from the policy system,investment scale,investment areas,investment,industrial structure and investment way five aspects analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprises overseas investment overall situation,then analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprises with foreign investment of the financial risk and the causes,including pricing risk,financing risk and payment risk,interest rate and exchange rate risk and financial integration risks,and finally put forward the small and medium-sized enterprise of foreign direct investment in financial risk management and prevention countermeasures;The fourth part is case study,this paper mainly discusses the day guide industry and rich micro electric two home small plate cases of foreign direct investment of listed companies,and from the aspects of macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the overseas investment motivation,study the existing financial risks and analyze the financial risk control measures,and to explore the two companies of foreign direct investment in the cause of the success and failure;The fifth part is the inspiration and suggestion,this part from the enterprise and the government two levels to the small and medium-sized enterprises how to carry on the foreign direct investment smoothly the policy suggestion.Final conclusion is at present our country small and medium-sized enterprise of foreign direct investment activities although made great achievements,but there are still big problems,not enough emphasis on financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen their own development,improve the awareness of financial risk,our governnent should also strengthen the eonstruction of small and medium-sized enterprise foreign investment related laws and regulations,create a good domestic environment,only in this way,our country small and medium-sized enterprises can better faster "going out",ean be in an impregnable position in the international market.
