Because of the restrictions of s itself, the lack of Practic experiences and absence of government help, small and medium-sized enterprises have less ability of guarding risks.Facing to a market of high risks and income, the essence of investing abroad is a game between risks and income .Abiviously,it is a substantial meaning to reseach how to cut down and guard against risks.On the bases of analyzing the risks of investing in GMS nations,the author point out that the small and medium-sized enterprises have lower ability of guarding against risks in the view of itsself and our govemment.Through studying the way of guarding against risks of medium-sized enterprises in developed country and district,the author gives some correspond suggestions for enterprises itself and goverment,so that cut down the occurrence possibility of riks and loss.At last , using two successful enterpises which invest in GMS countries for example ,anlys its activities of guarding againt risks.
