The Analysis Of Foreign Direct Investment For Chinese Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

In recent years, with further acceleration of economic globalization, Chinese foreign direct investment(FDI) enters a rapid development stage. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China are the major force in foreign direct investment, the development of Chinese SMEs'FDI directly affects our country position in the world economy. The financial crisis in 2008 brought challenges for the development of Chinese SMEs'FDI at the same time some new opportunities, it is in this context that this article study the development of foreign direct investment in SMEs. At first, this paper describes the domestic and foreign relevant theoretical achievements about FDI, which laid a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive analysis of foreign direct investment behavior of SMEs. And then it analyzes the current achievements and problems when the SMEs make foreign direct investment, and further demonstrates that SMEs'FDI is not only necessary but also feasible practically. After analyzing some conditions and characteristics of SMEs'FDI in the United States, Japan, India and other countries, the paper provides some experience for the development for the SMEs'FDI, And on this basis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions from both macro and micro perspectives.
