Research On The Evaluation Of Ecological Urbanization Development

With the continuous development of the social economy,the level of urbanization in China has gradually increased.The increase in urbanization rate has increasingly become a symbol of the socio-economic development of a region or a country.In the process of urbanization development,many cities have experienced problems such as smog,water and soil pollution,lack of resources,and low level of medical education.As a result,the quality of urbanization in China is generally not high.Therefore,the issue of ecological urbanization development in a region has attracted great attention in various fields.Zhangjiakou City is located in the northwest of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is located in the upper and upper reaches of Beijing.It bears important ecological functions in Beijing and plays a key role in blocking sand sources and water storage sources in Beijing.In 2015,Zhangjiakou City won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics,which puts higher demands on the ecological construction of Zhangjiakou.At the beginning of 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Zhangjiakou and proposed that Zhangjiakou City should be built into the water conservation function zone and ecological environment support zone of the capital(referred to as “two districts”).In addition,as the ecological function zone of Beijing,Zhangjiakou City mainly undertakes ecological functions,which can represent the ecological function zone in the whole country to a certain extent.Therefore,to study the development of ecological urbanization in Zhangjiakou City,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,on the one hand,it can promote the local ecological and economic development of Zhangjiakou City,on the other hand,it can be an ecological function area that bears the ecological service function similar to Zhangjiakou City in the whole country.The development of ecological urbanization provides a certain reference,which is also of great significance to a certain extent.In this context,it is particularly important to study the development of ecological urbanization in Zhangjiakou City.Based on the predecessors' research on ecological urbanization,this paper summarizes the basic theories related to ecological urbanization and analyzes the current ecological environment and urban development status of Zhangjiakou City.On this basis,the evaluation index system of ecological urbanization was established.According to the actual situation of Zhangjiakou City,the ecological urbanization level of Zhangjiakou City was evaluated from three aspects: economic development,ecological construction and social development.In order to conduct a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the development of Zhangjiakou,this paper also compares Zhangjiakou and the surrounding cities of Chengde,Langfang,Baoding and Tangshan in Beijing,and finds that the ecological environment,economic development and social development in the process of ecological urbanization in Zhangjiakou City Advantages and deficiencies.For the advantages of Zhangjiakou City's ecological urbanization development,we should vigorously promote and accelerate the promotion of its better development.In view of the shortcomings of development,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures,including: optimizing industrial structure and improving industrial support capacity;taking ecological engineering as an opportunity to improve the level of ecological construction;improving the level of urban public service facilities;improving ecological town construction and upgrading urban construction Comprehensive level and so on.
