Driving Forces And Spatio Temporal Characteristics Of Land Use/Cover Change In Zhangjiajie City

Grasping the characteristics and laws of land cover change,and exploring the driving mechanism behind the changes,it is of great significance to coordinate the relationship between human production activities and the natural environment and promote the sustainable development of economy and society.Taking Zhangjiajie,a super-hard zone in the Wulingshan Special Difficult Zone and the Southwest Karst Ecologically Vulnerable Zone,for example,based on the land cover remote sensing data of Zhangjiajie in the 30 th spatial resolution of 1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2015,combined Land transfer matrix,principal component analysis method,grey correlation degree and other methods,comprehensively analyies of the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of land cover in Zhangjiajie from 1995 to 2015,the main driving force factors and driving mechanism of various regional changes,thus optimizing the land use pattern of Zhangjiajie to achieve coordinated development of ecological environment protection and social economy,and put forward targeted suggestions,which can provide useful basis and guidance for the balance between economic development and ecological construction in Zhangjiajie and even the southwestern karst mountainous areas.The land use in Zhangjiajie has greatly changed during the period of 1995-2015,and the localities have showed different characteristics.Among them,the change characteristics of paddy fields,grasslands and waters were the most obvious,and the growth rate of other construction land was the fastest;from the land cover structure Seen,forest land has always been the main part of land use change in Zhangjiajie,followed by paddy fields,dry land and grassland.From the perspective of land cover transfer matrix,in the land use conversion of Zhangjiajie from 1995 to 2015,the area of forest land conversion was the largest,followed by paddy fields,dry land and grassland;from the perspective of flow,paddy fields,dry land and grassland are mainly converted into forest land,of which dry land is converted into forest land.In stages,land cover conversion mainly occurred in the last ten years from 2005 to 2015.At this stage,the amount of land conversion was large and the degree of conversion was complex.The land cover change in Zhangjiajie showed functional complexity,type diversity,spatial dispersion and Features such as sustainability.From the perspective of the overall factor importance,the contribution of the total population,rural population,natural population growth rate,built-up area,and highway mileage is large.From the perspective of various main factors,the industrial development dynamic factor is the fundamental driving force for the change of land cover in Zhangjiajie.The analysis of the driving mechanism of land cover in Zhangjiajie City shows that:,it’s found that the influence of natural factors is small but cannot be ignored.Population growth and urbanization occupies a large amount of cultivated land,forest land and waters.This is construction land.The main reason for the increase.The policy factor is the main reason for the increase in the area of forest land,and it is also an important driving force for the increase of urban land and other construction land and rural residential areas.Economic factors,technical factors and consumption factors are the main driving factors for the increase of rural residential areas,urban land and other construction land.The booming development of tourism has intensified the complexity of land cover change in Zhangjiajie.Based on the analysis of the driving force of land use change in Zhangjiajie City,it puts forwards the strategies and recommendations for ecological civilization construction.
