| This study is based on the two issue of the data of land use/cover change and relevant socio-economic statistical data of the city of Fukang in 1996 and 2007. It takes the composite index of the extent of land use and the dynamic extent of land use into consideration. It mainly use the gray relational analysis to identify the main factors of driving force which impact the various types of land use changes in the area. After that, size the factors in order to grasp the relationship between the factors and the types of land use more accuratly.The study shows that: 1.The composite index of the extent of land use of the city of Fukang in 1996 and 2007 are as follows: 197.4,198.2. Although we can see the city of Fukang is in a developing period from the extent of land use changes, the overall extent of land use remains low.2.Through the analysis of dynamic degree of land-use, we can see the grass and the area of unused land in the reduced rate of decrease were -0.05%, -0.27%; and arable land, woodland, garden, water, transport, residents and industrial space are increasing the rate of increase 0.41%,0.99%,13.98%,0.05%,0.39% and 0.70%.3.Dealing with the method of gray relational analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: The main impact factors of changes in arable land are the population, the proportion of agricultural population and the food production. The main impact factors of changes in forest area are the population, the proportion of non-agricultural and the industrial enterprises. The main impact factors of changes in grassland are the population, the development of industrial enterprises, as well as a number of large livestock. The main impact factors of changes in the residents and the industrial area are the development of industrial enterprises, the population and the level of urbanization. The main impact factors of changes in the traffic area are the population, the proportion of non-agricultural and the total retail sales of consumer goods. The main impact factors of changes in the unused land are the population, the proportion of non-agricultural and the total retail sales of consumer goods. The main impact factors of changes in the garden area are the total agricultural output value, the total retail sales of consumer goods and the total per capita household income of farmers. The main impact factors of changes in the water area are the number of industrial enterprises, the food production and the agricultural output value. |
