| Wuling mountains district where place in a juncture of 4 province include Hunan,Hubei,Guizhou and Chongqing.As a typical extremely poverty area of ethnic areas,it is the first contiguous destitute area in china to prepare regional development and poverty alleviation plans and take the lead in launching pilot projects.How to effectively use the local resources,improve the employment level and wealth of the people from the poverty alleviation activities of the farmers,reduce the occurrence of poverty,and then help the people get rid of poverty and achieve sustainable economic development is the main problem of poverty alleviation.In the past,poverty alleviation participation research focused on ways and means of participating in poverty alleviation,while few literatures thoroughly analyzed farmers’ poverty alleviation participation and its influencing factors.This paper connect with farmers’ poverty alleviation participation and influencing factors,and selects Wuling mountains area in Hunan as a sample has certain applicability and guidance.The research object of this paper is the ethnic poverty-stricken districts,and taking the Wuling mountains district of Hunan province as an example,compared with the Luoxiao mountains districts in non-ethnic poverty-stricken areas.Based on the literatures related to poverty alleviation participation behaviors and influencing factors at domestic and abroad,by using Logistic regression analysis method to empirical analyze farmers poverty alleviation participation behaviors and influencing factors.This article has six chapters: the first chapter mainly describes the progress of chinese participatory poverty alleviation,the status quo at domestic and abroad,and basic research ideas;The second chapter introduce the related concepts and basic theories.The third chapter is divided into two parts.The first part is a brief analysis of the overall participation in poverty alleviation and the types of activities in Wuling mountains district of Hunan province.The second part is compare with the non-ethnic areas Luoxiao mountains district between static and dynamic aspects are intended to expound the basic situation of poverty alleviation participation of farmers in Wuling mountains District,Hunan province;The fourth chapter uses Logistic regression analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of poverty-stricken farmers’ poverty alleviation participation from farmers’ own,government and environment.Finally,we propose a constructive opinions on the actual situation and influencing factors of poverty alleviation participation of farmers in Wuling mountains district of Hunan province,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent deepening of poverty alleviation process.The results show that:(1)The actual participation comparison of poor peasant households in Wuling mountains and poor peasant households in Luoxiao mountains of is single: the degree of education is mainly primary school and junior middle school;the participation of poverty alleviation projects is mainly planting,forestry and aquaculture;the participation of poverty alleviation is relatively low,mainly through public announcement boards or notices of village affairs;the main problems facing families are lack of The technology of getting rich is dominant.(2)Analyzing the influencing factors of poverty alleviation participation from three aspects:farmers’ own factors,government and environment factors,educational level,social security situation,farmers’ understanding of poverty alleviation,willingness to participate in poverty alleviation,illness,family income,family labor force,government support and living environment of farmers will all have an impact on poverty alleviation participation.Accordingly,some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing government support,strengthening infrastructure construction,improving the sustainable development of farmers themselves,and devoting major efforts to the level of medical and health services,so as to promote the development of poverty alleviation and participation of farmers in poverty-stricken ethnic counties. |
