Vigorously promoting the construction and development of public rental housing(including low-rent housing)is an important measure for Shenyang to protect and improve people's livelihood.Since the construction of public rental housing,Shenyang City has gradually formed a housing supply system that is mainly based on public rental housing(including low-rent rent)and supplemented by affordable housing,and solves the housing of families with poor housing income in Shenyang.Significant results in demand.Based on the existing literature,the study analyzes the research results related to public rental housing and housing demand forecast at home and abroad,studies the connotation of public rental housing and housing demand,defines the demand for public rental housing,and combines the public rental housing security in Shenyang.Applying and withdrawing personnel information,proposing the forecasting of the demand for public rental housing in Shenyang,and constructing a forecast model for the demand for public rental housing in Shenyang.The study uses the grey prediction theory to establish a gray GM(1,1)prediction model for the number of public rental housing families in Shenyang.The accuracy of the prediction model is determined by the posterior difference,relative error and correlation test.Based on 2018,the number of households in public rental housing in Shenyang will be predicted in the next five years.The number and area of public rental housing in Shenyang will be analyzed in the next five years.The study is based on the status quo of public housing rental security policy,construction and operation management in Shenyang,ensuring the demand situation and combining the forecast results of public rental housing demand in the next five years,and proposes to improve the public rental housing security policy,increase the supply of public rental housing and strengthen public leasing.Suggestions on the management of housing operations.The study provides a theoretical basis for the Shenyang Municipal Government and the housing security department to provide a theoretical basis for public rental housing security policy assessment,safeguard demand measurement,support capability assessment and future construction planning.
