With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous progress of urbanization,the value of the mainstream of society is gradually transformed into the value of how to improve the people's livelihood,to share the results of the current development.All sectors of society are increasing for low-income people's quality of life,living environment and living conditions of the intensity of concern,the housing problems of low-income groups become more and more governments at all levels and even the common concern of the whole society,but also the focus of development planning.Review of provinces and cities nationwide in 13th Five-Year "plan on the part of low-income housing,can be found in China will usher in the policy of affordable housing especially in the construction of public rental housing boom.At the same time the economic application of the housing in the building or distribution or the use of the process there are some problems,which caused China's housing security policy to rent based "gradually replaced" to buy the main".As the current city of China is becoming more and more obvious,it is not enough to focus on the whole situation of society and ignore the demand of individual individual in the city.Public rental housing needs of the study should be gradually deep into the tenants,to understand their real needs of public rental characteristics,and effectively meet the needs of low-income people in society.In view of the needs of tenants,a lot of research,building tenants demand under the guidance of the public rental housing supply mode game optimization model,put forward the feasible suggestions for the improvement of China's public housing supply model provides a new way and method.In this paper,research status of domestic security policy system,Grandpa rent of public rental housing supply and demand are summarized and analyzed,to focus on in the development process of the existing Grandpa housing supply mode of domestic and public rental housing problems.This paper based on the investigation and analysis of dynamic game model,to consider the public rental households demand as the starting point,discusses how to optimize the station of public rental housing supply mode in public rental housing tenants demand perspective,implementation of public rental housing for the basic housing needs of low-income people the meaning at the same time,the largest increase in social benefits,therefore in the process of writing out hundreds of questionnaires,reflecting clear directly through the summary analysis of questionnaire of different groups of tenants demand for public rental housing tenants of the focus,and their attributes and basic public rental facilities of public service and tendency,the reliability and validity of the survey results were analyzed by SPSS22.0,confirmed by questionnaire investigation of the credibility and reliability,and correlation analysis etc..Building tenants demand under the guidance of the public rental housing supply mode game optimization model,put forward the feasible sugzestions for the construction of public rental housing supply,optimize the supply of public rental housing,to solve the housing problems of low-ineomc groups fundamentally.And the main contents of this paper are sunarized,on thebasis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the system construction of public rental housing in our country,and puts forward the prospect of the research on the optimization of the supply mode.
