Construction of affordable housing is a strategic decision of the Party and State to make a livelihood, the introduction of public rental housing policy has significant and far-reaching significance for the mitigation of the current social housing conflicts, promoting social harmony and stability development.The housing commercialization has made brilliant achievements after reform and open policy in china. the housing market has developed fast, our country already or has solved the housing shortage problem fundamentally. Due to one-sided emphasis on the housing market coupled with the irrational housing supply structure resulting in housing prices soared, at the same time the house price income compared to earning is also expanding, the national majority of big or media-sized cities house price income compared to surpasses6times, The growth of the national income level can’t keep up with rising house prices speed, it directly affects the low-income groups in the housing needs of, and causes a lot of social contradictions. How to construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics housing guarantee system, and meet the needs of low-income housing, perfect the weak group housing demand expressing mechanism, a scientific definition between housing market and housing security, resolve that high house price and ordinary people’s bearing capacity, the rich’s real estate to be congenial, alleviate social contradictions become the focus of attention of the society.The present paper mainly embarks from three questions the establishment research frame:(1)what does this article launch the discussion and the analysis rationale is?(2) how to design a highly effective feasible demand and express th model based on the theory base?(3) how to use research data to the expression of the status quo of public rental housing demand in Wuhan City, the demand for expression of factor analysis? Through the analyzes the three questions to construct the whole paper discusses the research levels and layout: the first is to topics and significance are described, through the literature review to find out the existing problems and defects, leads to a research perspective of this paper, the second is through the political system theory and attitude to the existing demand-behavior theory to express the expression or lose "discourse" and is "wishful thinking" supply the analysis of the current situation, and draw the conclusion that to establish a standardized science express the urgency of effective demand model, the importance and urgency。 The third is on how to create a demand for the expression of the model and needs to express the relevant components of the model, factor, path, and forms were discussed and the fourth is through empirical research to analyze the expression of public rental housing demand in Wuhan City and are given constructive comments, the fifth is given long-term future outlook to public rental housing and raised own questions which will be able to be resolved in the future.The conclusions reached through data research is the expression of the public rental housing of Wuhan, which has a strong relationship with city characteristics, institutional arrangements, sex, age, income, educational level, units of the job, including institutional arrangements, age, gender, education level, income is the most significant factors, the focus of this article is the second part-the demand model of expression and the third part-the data causes analysis。...
