The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Solving the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is the most important task of the Party and the state. The core of the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the problem of increasing peasants' income, and the key is the problem of peasants' employment. With the further development of industrialization and urbanization, the tension between people and land in rural areas has eased. However, due to the hollowing of old villages and the aging of farming, some rural areas have abandoned wasteland, planted widely and harvested poorly, and abused chemical fertilizers, which are all related to the difficulty of increasing farmers' income.Numerous studies have shown that both the increase of farm income and the increase of working income are related to farmers' own characteristics, behavior patterns and land endowment. Therefore, this master's thesis analyses the impact on farmers' income from the aspects of regional characteristics and farmers' endowments, aiming at clarifying farmers' income sources, revealing the deep-seated causes of farmers' income growth, and objectively and truly reflecting the characteristics of farmers' income changes when their own and external characteristics change.Based on a survey of 1080 households in 20 townships and 40 villages in 10 counties of Jiangxi Province, this study divides the regional characteristics into two variables: topography and disaster-prone.The endowment of farmers is divided into four major variables: household-headed characteristics, family characteristics, social capital and land resources endowment. The characteristics of household-headed select three variables:age, gender and education level.Four variables are annual proportion, agricultural labor force proportion and type of farmer household;social capital chooses two variables:whether there are people working in government departments or institutions above the township level and contacts with people outside the village;land resource endowment chooses two variables: actual land planting area and whether land is transferred or not.By using regression method, the pro bit model is established to analyze the relationship between variables and the per capital income of dependent variable households. It is concluded that regional characteristics and household endowment are the key factors affecting household income, and the land deformation in regional characteristics has a significant impact on household income, and is negatively correlated. The educational level of the head of household in the endowment of the peasant household has a significant relationship with the family income of the peasant household, such as the number of the family population, the proportion of the elderly, the type of peasant household and the social capital, and the actual planting area in the endowment of land resources. However, there are no significant impacts on regional characteristics, gender and age variables of household heads, the government departments or institutions at or above the township level, and whether land resources are transferred to rural households and household income.According to the results of the analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the household income of peasant households.
