In recent years,China's economic and social development has maintained a rapid speed of development,both in terms of total and quality of the national economy have achieved remarkable results.Financial market plays a great role in serving the development of national economy.As a service to the capital market,the securities industry has entered a stage of rapid development.With the continuous reform and improvement of China's financial market supervision system,the securities market will enter a more formal development stage in the future.As a securities market,we take the initiative to occupy the market tightly around the needs of customers,so as to guarantee the further development of enterprises.Taking HengYang SR Securities Companies as the research object,on the company performance appraisal management system are analyzed,by strengthening the company's performance management work to promote the company's management level of ascension.This paper analyzes the situation of SR company in HengYang and the status quo of personnel performance appraisal.Regarding the existing problems in the performance appraisal of personnel of HengYang SR securities co.,LTD.,a performance appraisal questionnaire survey was adopted to obtain the survey data to provide support for the existing problems in the performance appraisal of analysts.This paper analyzes the reasons why the performance appraisal lacks overall management,the management appraisal position is not accurate,and the attention of performance feedback is not enough.On the basis of above research,this paper puts forward the optimization performance appraisal index system,specific functional departments responsibility,strengthen the construction of company performance evaluation system of safeguard measures,strengthen the cultivating personnel performance appraisal,timely public performance appraisal information such as optimization of HengYang SR Securities Companies staff performance appraisal system.
