At present,with the rapid development of the information revolution and the acceleration of economic globalization,profound changes have taken place in China's economic structure.In this context,the industrial park operation enterprises,which are rising after the reform and development,are also facing more and more market competition and challenges.As one of the traditional labor-intensive industries,in the process of pursuing industrial transformation and change,industrial park operation enterprise must try to build their own competitive advantages from both external and internal aspects.Extermally,industrial park operation enterprise should try to use their own information to gain advantages and resources to develop their own external competitive advantages along the industrial ehain.Intermally,industrial park operation enterprise should constantly improve the quality of their talent team and strive to transform into technology-supporting enterprises.In the process of building internal competitive advantage,human resources development and management naturally become the top priority,and the compensation management is also a part of human resources management that needs special attention.The merits and demerits of the compensation system are not only related to the staffs sufficient motivation,but also to the future development and strategy of the enterprise.This paper takes T Industrial Park Operating Company's middle management personnel as the research object,and firstly elaborates the background and significance of the research,as well as the content and framework of the research.Then it states the concept of compensation,the relevant theories of compensation and incentive,and the principle and process of compensation design.Then,it introduces the basic situation of T Industrial Park Operating Company,the current situation of the compensation system of middle management personnel.Combined with the questionnaire survey and interviews with the resigned employees,it points out four main problems existing in the current compensation system of middle management personnel of T Industrial Park Operating company.After that,on the basis of learning from previous excellent compensation management theories and practical experience,combining with the current development situation of T Industrial Park Operating Company,the compensation system of T Industrial Park Operating Company's middle management was optimized,which more effectively activated the competitive vitality of the middle management team on both functional and business lines.Finally,it summarizes the work has done,points out the deficiencies of the research and the future research prospeets.On the basis of absorbing many theories of human resource management,this paper optimizes the compensation system of middle-level managers in T Industrial Park Operating Company,which makes T Industrial Park Operating Company gain huge competitive advantage in retaining excellent middle-level managers and building core management team,and lays a solid internal foundation for T Industrial Park Operating Company to successfully realize strategic transformation.The research results of this paper can also be used for reference both inside and outside the industry.
