In the era of global competition and knowledge economy,enterprise's sustainable development and growth,fundamentally,mainly depends on the enterprise competitive advantage.But with the development of the times,more and more enterprises realize that the enterprise's core competitiveness in the final analysis is people,people-oriented is the key to the development of each enterprise and human resources management is the priority among priorities in modern enterprise management.Talent is the most valuable and important resources in the numerous enterprise resources.And middle management,as the mainstay of the enterprise,is the backbone of enterprise talents.In the enterprise,the middle-level managers play a connecting role.The management concept from the high-level depends on them to pass,the business plan depends on them to organize and implement.The middle-level manager's professional quality and the work manner directly influence the enterprise's management efficiency and economic efficiency.Therefore,how to correctly understand the value of the middle-level managers,how to maximize the incentive of middle-level managers based on middle managers demand characteristic,how to give full play to their enthusiasm and excavate its potential,is of great significance to the enterprise.Employee compensation management is one of the most important links in human resources management.As the basic means to realize rational allocation of human resources,compensation plays a very important role in the human resources development and management.Successful compensation management can greatly arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of laborer;on the contrary,it will dampen the enthusiasm and creativity of the laborer.Compensation design is not only the premise of modern compensation management system setting up as well as one of the most core content of enterprise human resources management,but also is related to the operation and management as well as the long-term development of the enterprise.Compensation design is the embodiment of labor value for individuals,reasonable compensation design can fully arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,make them get satisfaction and psychological sense of honor,and thus to better promote the development of enterprise.Therefore,the enterprise should formulate a salary system according to actual situation of their own which will not only bring great benefits but also bring qualitative leap to the benefit of the enterprise.This paper firstly studied and learnt the relevant Chinese and foreign incentive theory as the theoretical guidance of this article,and then got the present compensation system details for the middle-level managers of the PYT company through the questionnaire survey,and made summary and analysis of the deficiency of the measures;Finally on the basis of the related problem analysis,lessons drawn from the classical compensation theory and the actual situation of PYT company,and take the human resources theory,incentive theory and modern management theory as the theoretical basis,through the integrated use of literature method,example method,graphic method and so on,made a systematic study of the middle –level managers compensation system and put forward the measures to improve the compensation plan of PYT company.
