Study On Farmers' Willingness To Develop Locally And Influencing Factors Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The full play of farmers' subjectivity is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As a result of the imbalance between urban and rural development and other issues,the problem of rural hollowing out is increasingly serious,and the rural vitalization strategy is faced with the dilemma of the absence of subjectivity.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the willingness and influencing factors of farmers' local development to improve their enthusiasm for rural development and promote the effective implementation of rural revitalization.Firstly,based on the theory of planned behavior and the existing research results,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the local development intention of farmers and constructs a theoretical model by combining the five important aspects of the rural revitalization strategy.This study analyzed the data of field investigation in 3 villages in Yingge Town,Shaanxi Province,and explored the important factors affecting farmers' willingness by using chi-square test and SEM model.Based on the empirical analysis,the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through the research,it is found that firstly,farmers' economic environment attitude and their own ability cognition have the most significant and strong influence on their local development intention.Secondly,farmers' cognition of local policy environment,their attitude towards living environment and the behavior attitude of important others have a significant impact on their local development intention.In addition,farmers' age,occupation,education level and their family's local income ratio have a significant impact on their local development intention.Based on the research conclusion,the paper puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures.(1)the rural industry prosperity as the focus of development,in order to improve the local development of farmers confidence.(2)Strengthen education and training to stimulate the vitality of local development of farmers;(3)Rational play the role of subjective norms to enhance the local development of the feelings of farmers;(4)To strengthen the rural modernization drive,in order to improve the happiness of local development of farmers.
