Research On The Evaluation Of Competitiveness Of Tea Industry In Enshi Prefecture

As one of the competitive industries of Enshi Prefecture,tea industry plays an important role in agricultural structure adjustment and optimization and industry construction aimed at poverty alleviation.But phenomena that too cheap price of tea does harms to farmers' interests often occur in the state of the coexistence of phased oversupply and over-demand of agricultural products.Being up against the strong industry competition in the new era,it helps to increase the income of farmers' of Enshi Prefecture to improve the competitiveness of tea industry in Enshi Prefecture,and provide new growth poles for sustainable development of green agriculture of Enshi Prefecture.Relevant data and literature are looked up,research background and significance introduced,competitiveness status of tea industry at home and abroad at present analyzed in this study.Then,relevant concepts of the industry and theory on industrial competitiveness are sorted out so as to lay a foundation for evaluating the competitiveness of tea industry.Moreover,the overall situation of Enshi Prefecture is summed up and competitiveness status of tea industry of Enshi Prefecture analyzed;after that,being combined with physical truth as well as research of predecessors and scholars,an evaluation index system that is in accordance with the tea industry competitiveness of Enshi Prefecture is built,evaluation studies on the tea industry competitiveness of Enshi Prefecture are conducted by means of analytic hierarchy process;The evaluation result shows that the brand factor is the core factor affecting the competitiveness of the tea industry in Enshi Prefecture,the evaluation result shows that the competitiveness level of the tea industry in Enshi Prefecture is in a generalization position,and there is still much room for improvement.Finally,the countermeasure and suggestion on improving the competitiveness of the tea industry in Enshi Prefecture are put forward according to the empirical analysis result:to integrate regional brand resources and widen sales market;to strengthen scientific and technical support,and intensify the mechanism of production,teaching and research;to perfect seed-breeding system for a practical development of bases;to strengthen the construction of the market system and improve the circulating channels;to bring government functions into full play and cultivate and expand the talented personnel team.
