Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Industrial Integration

At present,industrial integration has become an important way to develop rural agricultural economy,promote rural employment,and help the rural poor out of poverty.Enshi Prefecture has the most abundant tertiary industry resources in agriculture.However,due to poor transportation conditions,weak concept of industrial integration and backward economic development,it is urgent to realize the combination of industry and Finance with agriculture as the core to promote precise poverty alleviation.Based on the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper draws the conclusion that the precise poverty alleviation by agricultural integration is an effective closed-loop system of "precise identification of poverty alleviation-combination of agricultural production and Finance with precise assistance for poverty alleviation-combination of agricultural production and Finance with precise management of poverty alleviation-combination of agricultural production and Finance with precise verification of poverty alleviation".At present,Enshi Prefecture has entered the critical stage of poverty alleviation.It is an important development task for Enshi Prefecture to rely on the advantages of local agricultural resources to promote industrial integration and development and achieve precise Poverty Alleviation under the general environment.Based on the actual situation of Enshi Prefecture and guided by the precise poverty alleviation theory of industrial integration,this paper provides practical theoretical guidance for the precise poverty alleviation work in Enshi Prefecture.Through actual investigation and data collection,this paper analyses the basic situation of industry in Enshi Prefecture and the current situation of industrial integration,and the impact of industrial integration on the poverty alleviation efficiency of Enshi Prefecture.Taking Enshi Prefecture as an example,this paper conducts a field questionnaire survey on agricultural resources and poverty situation in Enshi Prefecture,and deeply analyses the causes of poverty,corresponding poverty alleviation modes,inadequate poverty alleviation work and puts forward relevant suggestions and strategies,which will provide a valuable research basis for the combination of agricultural production and finance and precise poverty alleviation in Enshi Prefecture.The integration of agricultural industry in Enshi Prefecture and the precise poverty alleviation need to coordinate the industrial relations,increase policy support and financial credit policy support from transportation and internet,and build and realize the interest community of industrial chain.The development of agricultural industry integration in Enshi Prefecture is conducive to the transformation of overall poverty ideology,promoting entrepreneurship,increasing employment,increasing infrastructure construction,and actively promoting the spread and inheritance of Enshi prefecture's ethnic culture.Industrial convergence will promote economic development and help the poor to get rid of poverty,resulting in a large number of employment and entrepreneurship posts.Poor people will fill these posts to achieve precise poverty eradication.Starting from the actual situation of Enshi Prefecture and combining with the effective mode of realizing the precise poverty alleviation path through the integration of agricultural industry,this paper provides new ideas for the regions in the critical period of precise poverty alleviation,and provides guidance for the integration of agricultural industry in the whole chain of industrial integration under the environment of industrial integration and development.
