Following the emergency of high-tech,such as Internet+,Artificial Intelligence,Big data,the era of knowledge economy has already arrived,Enterprises not only have many opportunities,but also face enormous challenges.As the most valuable resource of enterprises,human resources plays a decisive role in maintaining the core competitiveness of enterprises,thus seizing opportunities and meeting challenges.As a result,more and more scholars and management have conducted research on human resource management.As a new human resource management model,HRBP is being adopted by more and more enterprises,and it is expected to build the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve the organizational performance.HRBP(Human Resource Business Partner)refers to the human resources management who go deep into the front line of the business to establish a good cooperative relationship and learn the business.They can implement the related work of human resources from the perspective of business.Through the research on the role of HRBP,this paper helps enterprises fully understand and master the role of HRBP,and ensure the smooth implementation of HRBP management work in enterprises.Main work of the dissertation:(1)After collecting and collating relevant literatures,it is learned that Chinese scholars mainly focus on the impact of organizational learning on organizational performance and the impact of human resource management on organizational performance.There are few researches on the role variables of HRBP,a new human resource management model,and less research on the relationship between HRBP role,organizational learning,and organizational performance.(2)This paper studies HRBP human resource management by starting with the HRBP role variables.The relationship model of HRBP role,organizational learning and organizational performance is constructed,and relevant assumptions are put forward.Based on the domestic and international scales,the questionnaires were designed to conduct surveys and data collection for enterprises from different industries in Shenzhen.A total of 450 paper and online questionnaires were distributed,400 were collected,and 387 valid questionnaires were sorted and analyzed.The relevant data was analyzed by using SPSS.19 software.(3)This dissertation empirically analyzes the relationship between HRBP role,organizational learning,and organizational performance.Research shows that HRBP role has a positive impact on organizational performance,HRBP role has a positive impact on organizational learning,and organizational learning has a mediating role in the impact of HRBP role on organizational performance.Finally,based on the research,the relevant management suggestions are put forward,which has the dual meaning of theory and practice.
