| Rural vitalization strategy was first put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress of CPC.In the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,a series of important reforms,policies and concepts,including institutional reforms.With the acceleration of China's urbanization,the demand for construction land is also increasing.In the new era,the construction of beautiful villages needs innovation and promotion from the three elements: capital,land and farmers,with land as the core.In 2018,from the 552 construction projects of “Dajian Damei”in Wenzhou City,there are 169 people's livelihood construction projects involving housing placement.Longwan District,as a sample area,is of typical and research significance in the removal compensation and placement of homestead.Therefore,this paper takes a series of placement projects of removal compensation carried out by Longwan District of Wenzhou City as cases,and makes an in-depth exploration about the satisfaction degree of the removal people towards the housing placement in homestead with a combination of theoretical analysis and questionnaires,and proposes relevant countermeasures.The satisfactiondegree includes three levels: villagers,public opinion and government.Based on the results of satisfaction survey and analysis at three levels,the paper puts forward the deficiencies in the satisfaction degree of “removal compensation” in homestead and relevant suggestions at three levels.Finally,through the questionnaire and model analysis,the paper concludes that the research on improving the satisfaction of “removal compensation” in homestead needs to be further improved from both the individual level and social public opinion level.In particular,the follow-up study on compensation forms and specific standards needs to be further improved.Through investigation and analysis,this paper aims to provide reference data and analysis ideas for government removal and replacement work and related construction departments. |
