At present,Xi'an is in a stage of rapid development,and there are large-scale demolition activitieS.The housing demolition activities promote the development of urbanization of Xi'an,and improve the living conditions of residents,but it also causes many social instability.As a result of the more and more conflicts and disputes that the housing demolition causes,the development of the city and the social stability is affected seriously.So through the issue of the research of the housing demolition is steped up, the fair and reasonable the policy of the housing demolition can be found in order to promote the development of Xi'an.Being in light of those problems,through the investigation of the housing demolition market of the Xi'an and the housing demolition projects,the status quo of the the Xi'an housing demolition is explored;the policy of the Xi'an housing demolition is analysed,and the problems of the housing demolition policy of Xi'an can be found through the housing demolition policy of Xi'an comparison in comparisions with that of domestic and foreign;and the basic characteristics of the housing demolition projects that can be found.On that basis,the factors that can be found through the cause of the housing demolition is researched.According to the factors,the models of the housing demolition,the compensation for housing demolition,and the policies of the housing demolition have been studied.
