Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Yangzhou's Industrial Structure And Industrial Leading Industries

At present,China's economic development is facing opportunities and challenges in the internal and external environment,entering a new period of strategic opportunities,changes in the internal and external environment directly affect the national economic development.In recent years,although the economic strength of yangzhou has been improved qualitatively,unbalanced and incomplete development is still the main contradiction,and long-term structural problems seriously restrict the development of yangzhou.The "13th five-year plan" period is a critical moment for yangzhou to realize transformation and upgrading and self-transcendence.As the theme of economic construction in yangzhou,industrial structure and industrial leading industry are in urgent need of adjustment under the new normal.To study the development characteristics and status quo between the two,promote the evolution of yangzhou's industrial structure and the development of industrial leading industries,and improve the interaction between the two is of great importance to promote economic growth.Firstly,by reviewing the existing literature,this paper defines the concept and connotation of industrial structure and industrial leading industry,and analyzes their interaction mechanism theoretically.Secondly,the industrial structure and the status quo of industrial leading industries in yangzhou are expounded,and the existing industrial leading industries in yangzhou are judged,and the indicator system of both is determined.Through index construction,entropy method and weighted summation method are adopted to independently calculate the industrial structure of yangzhou city and each leading industrial index,respectively calculate their comprehensive index,use the coupling degree model to measure the relationship between them,and conduct empirical analysis on the interaction between them through correlation test,stationary test and so on.Through the analysis results,this paper finds that:(1)from 2006 to 2017,yangzhou's industrial structure and the comprehensive index of leading industries are in a declining state,and their development is restricted.(2)the degree of coupling and the degree of coupling coordination between them decreased year by year,and the degree of coordination changed from primary coordination to moderate imbalance.The interaction between the two gradually weakened.It shows that the supply-side reform is initially effective,the development of traditional industries is limited,and emerging industries are emerging.The leading industrial industries in yangzhou begin to transform and enter the transition period of industrial restructuring.The degree of coupling and coordination between the two keeps decreasing,the interaction and coordination are in a moderate state of imbalance,the development of industrial structure and industrial leading industry is restricted,and the traditional industrial structure and industrial leading industry seriously inhibit the economic development of yangzhou.According to further tests,it is found that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between output value and employment structure of mining industry,electric power and thermal manufacturing industry in yangzhou,and there is a strong negative correlation between output value and employment structure of manufacturing industry and leading industry in yangzhou.(2)the employment structure index and the output structure index are the granger reasons for the composite index of the industry-leading industry,but the reverse does not have such a relationship.It shows that the evolution of industrial structure in yangzhou has promoted the development of industrial leading industry,but it fails to show that the development of industrial leading industry has promoted the evolution of industrial structure.The main reason is that the leading industrial industries in yangzhou are in the initial stage of transformation,and the leading industrial industries lack competitiveness,so they have not played a driving role.Therefore,yangzhou should encourage technological innovation,improve the factor market,promote the development of industrial leading industries,adjust the interaction between the two,and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and economic development of yangzhou.
