| Based on the subject of The National Economy and Social Development of Twelfth Five Planning of Pi Zhou, the industrial structure evolution regularity and leading industry choice are empirically studied and focus industries of Pi Zhou in the future is founded out. It is significant for Pi Zhou to seize the development opportunities, to accelerate the development speed, to promote the industrial level and to optimize the development quality.Research approach is that:first, summarizing industry structure evolution and leading industry choice theories in this paper and summarizing other academics' research results are for the evidence and mirror for the study of industry structure evolution regularity and leading industry choice of Pi Zhou. Second, through the analysis of the status of economic development of Pi Zhou, integrating the economic theory, using various indexes, for example:per capita GDP, industrial structure, the structure in industry, urbanization level, and industrialization development stage in roughly in industrialized middle stage of Pi Zhou is concluded and the SWOT of the environmental conditions of the industry development is analyzed. Third, through the vertical and horizontal comparison, industrial structure evolution of Pi Zhou was divided into two stage:the agriculture society stage and industrial take-off stage. Using calculation of various indexes such as industrial structure entropy, industrial structure similarity index, employment and industrial structure deviation degree index and SSM, the characteristics of industrial structure evolution is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and that industrial structure is evaluating toward the rationalization and high-grade is concluded, but there are also some problems that is the first industry proportion is high, the coordination of the second and third industry proportion restricts the evolution of industrial structure of Pi Zhou for the next chapter to choose the leading industries loudly. Forth, leading industry choice is empirically analyzed by using gray clustering analysis and leading industry choice is judged, they are nonmetal minerals mining and dressing, agricultural food processing, wood processing and wood bamboo cane brown grass products industry, furniture manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, special-purpose machinery manufacturing, electric equipment and machinery manufacturing. Then according to the leading industry of quantitative analysis combined with the actual situation of industry development of Pi Zhou, after adjusting, focus industries of Pi Zhou in the future is analyzed quantitatively. And then the layout of these industries was studied and the layout situation was made optimization. Last, all the conclusions of the full text are summarized. |
