The problem of housing security for newly-employed college students has been a hot topic in recent years.Since the newly-employed college students were included in the housing security scope, most cities have issued relevant security policies for such groups, such as the "talent introduction" plan. However, from the current situation, the housing security policy for newly-employed college students is still in its infancy, and many problems have arisen when college graduates receive security, such as high application threshold, incompatible security level, excessive pressure on housing rent, shortage of housing resources, etc. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study housing security for newly-employed College students.Collecting data related to housing security for newly employed college students, introducing and constructing college students’ housing payment capacity, measuring index of real estate market bubble expansion, pre processing data, using Granger causality test to determine the relationship between variables, and adopting the method of system dynamics, combining quantitative and qualitative,to build a simulation model of College Students’ ability to pay.The results show that: first, housing security positively affects the housing affordability of newly-employed College students, and housing security is necessary for new-employed college students at this stage;second, the sale price of commercial housing negatively affects the housing affordability of newly-employed College students, and the high price will lead to the slowdown or even decline of the rising trend of housing affordability of newly-employed College students. Therefore, the government should maintain or strengthen the housing security level of newly employed College students,at the same time, stabilize the real estate market, prevent housing speculation and other acts, develop diversified housing channels, and provide a stable platform for the future development of newly employed College students.
