The 21 st century is the era of talent competition,and the newly graduated college students are a city talent pool.In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of college graduates and the growth of urbanization,the city attracts a large number of college graduates to work with strong human advantage and resources.However,the high housing prices in the city at present,for the city to retain the talent of newly graduated college students,put forward problems and challenges.In the process of renting,college students mainly live in rental houses.They are mainly faced with the real problems of unstable source of housing and rent and lack of rental resources.As a result,the newly graduated college students,once they leave the campus,lose their basic security services immediately,which prevents them from getting into work faster and better,thus bringing real obstacles to the creation of urban social values.Firstly,this paper analyzes the housing leasing problem of young people both at home and abroad,and makes clear the general environment of the housing leasing industry.Under this environment,the influence factors of the current domestic college students on the "housing rental choice" are studied,and the market demand is indicated for the research of marketing strategy.Secondly,specific to the Kunming housing rental market,through the PEST analysis,to clarify the housing rental enterprises in Kunming’s current industry and future development trends.Third,the representative enterprise "insect apartment" in the industry is taken as an example,through SWOT analysis to find out the practical problems in the marketing process.Finally,thinking about the "insect apartment" in the marketing process reflected the issue of universality,Kunming housing rental industry in similar enterprises,respectively from the government,the market,enterprises to give marketing advice.
