YK company is an Internet entertainment enterprise.The company used to be the first in the industry,but due to management problem,lack of management ability of executives at all levels,and unclear business direction,the company has fallen from the first to the third place in the industry.Being integrated and acquired by Internet giants,the company is faced with multiple problems,such as cultural conflicts,changes in management mode,integration of employees and rediscovering after business integration.In this case,it is very effective to solve these problems through training.How to build a good training system and solve the problems that employees really need to solve are very important things.At present,through the analysis of the current situation of YK company,the company's organizational structure,the company's personnel structure,the company's future development strategy and the company's training status as a whole.It is found that YK company lacks scientific training analysis,systematic training design,supervision of training implementation process and formalized training evaluation.Based on this,it is found out that the reasons behind the current situation of training is the lack of ability of personnel,no enough attention from the leadership team,the training mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism is not clear and so on.Therefore,it is of vital importance to fill the current training loopholes and propose new schemes to improve the training quality.In view of the current training problems of YK,based on theoretical research and practical investigation,this paper will put forward a scientific and reasonable talent-training plan,and the proposed targeted countermeasures to solve the deficiencies of YK's current training model.This paper is from the perspective of the overall training plan,according to different groups to establish different training and training plan,and to establish and improve the training scheme and the safeguard mechanism,the personnel mechanism,based on the training programs to improve the solve the problem of corporate culture,team management,and other companies,in raising the overall personnel's ability and the construction of a learning team,and finally promote the business.The aim is to help YK Company to be able to return to the first in the industry.Due to the short establishment period of Internet companies,the training methods of traditional companies are not necessarily applicable to Internet companies.The solution for YK company can also provide reference for the improvement and optimization of human resource training in the same industry and other industries.At the same time,business problems and cultural problems can be solved through training.The innovation of this paper is to deeply integrate business and training.Training is not only for personal ability improvement projects,but also is a powerful method to help companies to find business direction and improve business ability.This provides reference value for the research and design of the training system of Internet companies that are constantly changing,and can provide help for the research of latecomers.
