In recent years,with the development and spread of the Internet,e-commerce ha s gradually developed.Compared with the traditional business model,the emergence of the network economy has accelerated the operation and development of the econo my,and at the same time,it has changed people's lives.The emergence of the e-comm erce model has greatly reduced the transaction costs of goods and accelerated the diss emination of information.At the same time,compared to the traditional business mod el,this also greatly reduces the restrictions on online transactions,and e-commerce im proves the efficiency of commodity circulation.The production of all departments is improved from the production department a nd the sales department through the Internet,which improves the rational use and effi ciency of resources.The production of a large number of agricultural products throug h the e-commerce sales model in the process of agricultural development,its effective production and sales combined with network technology,making the production and sales departments of agricultural products more scientific and reasonable.Company X is rich in variety and output of agricultural products.Using the e-co mmerce model can reduce the space,time and other factors caused by the restrictions,and also help to expand sales channels,increase business income,reduce the transact ion costs of agricultural products,increase brand awareness,increase market influenc e and so on.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter analyzes the backgrou nd significance and the rural e-commerce status at home and abroad.In the second ch apter,the author defines the basic concepts related to the concept of rural e-commerce,and analyzes the advantages of e-commerce compared to the traditional sales model,and elaborates some common agricultural e-commerce models in China Chapter III,X The company's e-commerce business and operators introduce slip stability.In the f ourth chapter,combined with a large amount of data and citations,using SWOT analy sis method,starting from the four corners of the advantages,disadvantages,opportuni ties and challenges of agricultural e-commerce development,the author deeply analyzes the development strategy of X company's agricultural products.Status and internal resources of the company and the external environment.In the fifth chapter,the main countermeasures for the development of X company proposed the e-commerce of agri cultural products,mainly to improve the e-commerce support service system,strength en the intelligent management of enterprise information management,improve the sta ndardization and brand management of agricultural products,and improve the concep t of innovation to strengthen the sales of agricultural products.management.The sixth chapter is conclusions and predictions.Proposed the development prospects of X co mpany's agricultural products e-commerce,and predicted that professional blems nee d to be studied.
