Research On Financial Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural SMEs In Hubei Province

The paper focuses on the financial management of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in Hubei Province.The main contents of the article are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the internal control theory of Western modern enterprises and the financial management norms of agricultural SMEs and their evaluation;Secondly,through the field research of agricultural small and medium enterprises in Hubei Province,it examines the existence of financial management systems in enterprises.Highlight the problem;thirdly,propose countermeasures for solving problems in the financial management of agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei Province.The author believes that the following prominent problems exist in the financial management of agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei Province:(1)The overall level of financial management is not strong,mainly due to the low level of financial basic management level;the accounting computerization ability is low.(2)The establishment of corporate financial management institutions is unscientific.The establishment of financial institutions is incomplete;the scope of duties of the posts is vague and lacks rationality;there are common family-owned management.(3)The level of specialization of financial personnel is not high.(4)The enterprise financial management system is incomplete.(5)Most companies have financial risks.In view of these status quo issues,this paper puts forward a series of targeted suggestions on the strengthening of the financial basic work management norms of Hubei agricultural small and medium enterprises,the construction of financial departments,the establishment of financial personnel,the financial internal control norms,and financial risk management.
