In recent years,due to the synchronous decline of the real economy and online retail performance,the business model innovation of retail enterprises is extremely urgent.With the advent of new retail,the research on the internal mechanism of how new retail enterprise business model innovation creates and realizes value for enterprises through financial strategy can match the most reasonable financial strategy for enterprise business model and then create and realize enterprise value.In the new retail chain enterprises,Yonghui focuses on its core business and integrates the global supply chain vigorously,creating its own core competitive advantage by virtue of its advantage of fresh food in the whole country.Yonghui is not only committed to the adjustment of its own business,but also immediately conforms to the trend of The Times.It takes the initiative to cooperate with Internet giants and jointly accept JD and Tencent to explore the new mode of online and offline integration,Internet science and digital transformation.This paper studies the business model,financial strategy and the transmission mechanism of enterprise value of new retail enterprises.Research status:(1)The existing research has always been controversial about the internal logic between business model and financial strategy,which has not been settled before.(2)The existing studies on business models and financial strategies focus on Internet enterprises,Banks,real estate enterprises,etc.,while ignoring the studies on the business models and financial strategies of new retail enterprises in recent years.(3)the research on the business model of new retail enterprises only focuses on the business model of new retail enterprises,while the research on business model,financial strategy and enterprise value is unheard of.Research ideas:This paper first combines the six elements of Wei and Zhu’s business model and the traditional profit model to establish the theoretical framework of the three dimensions of the new retail business model,and then establishes the operating mechanism framework between the business model,financial strategy and enterprise value.Finally,based on the theoretical framework,the paper analyzes the internal operation mechanism of Yonghui supermarket’s business model,financial strategy and enterprise value.The research findings are as follows:(1)The business model,financial strategy and enterprise value transmission mechanism of new retail enterprises are as follows:the business model determines the financial strategy,and the financial strategy determines the enterprise value.(2)New form of enterprise value creation:business model innovation.(3)Research on the business model of retail enterprises can be analyzed from three dimensions:asset allocation,profit model and enterprise value creation.Innovation of this paper:(1)This paper explores the intermal logical relationship between enterprise business model and enterprise financial strategy,enterprise financial strategy and enterprise value,innovatively constructs the theoretical framework that enterprise business model determines enterprise financial strategy and financial strategy determines enterprise value.(2)Based on the works of Wei and Zhu on business model and other predecessors,this paper proposes an innovative business model that can be divided into three elements:asset allocation,profit model and enterprise value creation.(3)Research and analyze the business model of Yonghui supermarket,an outstanding new retail enterprise,and find out the financial strategy suitable for Yonghui model.Application enlightenment:(1)Enrich the research on business model and enterprise value in the new retail industry of Yonghui supermarket.(2)At present,new retail is a sea of blue.Understanding the value creation of business models can provide reference for new retail enterprises to optimize their business models.
